I bought these for a barbecue, and they were a huge hit. People loved being able to grab a mini can, finish it quickly, and move on to food or conversation. No half-drunk cans lying around, no wasted beer.
Taste-wise, it’s classic Bud Light: easy, smooth, refreshing. I wouldn’t bring them out if I wanted to impress a craft beer snob, but for casual gatherings, they’re fantastic.

For me, these Bud Light Minis are a waste of money. The 8 oz can disappears in a couple of sips, and then you’re reaching for another one. It feels gimmicky, like they shrunk the can just to charge more.
The flavor is the same as the usual Bud Light—light, crisp, but very basic. If I’m drinking beer, I want it to last more than two minutes. I’d rather stick with the regular 12 oz.
