1. BRINGING PUBLIX TO YOUR PORCH Welcome to your online Publix! We believe that grocery shopping should always be a pleasure, even when you are doing it from the comfort of your home. Operating out of our central fulfillment hub in Winter Haven, Florida, our dedicated associates work around the clock to ensure your pantry staples, fresh foods, and baby essentials are picked with care and delivered directly to your door.
2. DELIVERY ZONES & TIMEFRAMES We currently provide delivery services throughout the contiguous United States. Depending on your location and the items in your cart, we offer the following delivery options:
- Same-Day & Next-Day Local Delivery: Available in select zip codes for highly perishable items, fresh produce, dairy, and bakery goods. Orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM local time to qualify for same-day routing.
- Standard Ground Shipping (2–4 Business Days): Available nationwide for our shelf-stable groceries, canned goods, snacks, and dry baby food/formula.
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to the time-sensitive nature of food delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial street address is required for all orders.
3. COLD-CHAIN LOGISTICS FOR PERISHABLES Your family’s health and the quality of your food are our top priorities. All refrigerated, frozen, and temperature-sensitive items (including specific baby foods) are packed in heavy-duty, eco-friendly insulated liners.
- We utilize a precise combination of gel packs and dry ice to guarantee your groceries remain at safe FDA-recommended temperatures (below 40°F for chilled items, and below 0°F for frozen goods) for the entirety of their journey.
- Dry Ice Safety: It is completely normal for dry ice to evaporate during transit. If any dry ice remains in your cooler box upon delivery, please do not handle it with bare hands. Allow it to safely sublimate in a well-ventilated space.
4. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Because you are ordering consumable goods, we highly recommend that someone is home to receive the delivery. If you are unavailable, our courier partners will leave the insulated package at your front door. Please unpack and refrigerate or freeze your perishables immediately upon arrival. Publix cannot be held responsible for spoilage, theft, or weather damage that occurs after the carrier has marked the package as successfully delivered.
