Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. OUR "MAKE IT RIGHT" PROMISE At Publix, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because we are an online vendor dealing with consumable goods, our return process is structured to prioritize public health and safety above all else.
2. STRICT FOOD SAFETY RESTRICTIONS To ensure the absolute safety of our customers and to comply with strict FDA food safety guidelines, we do not accept physical returns of any food items, perishable goods, or baby formulas. Once a grocery product leaves our Winter Haven facility, it cannot be safely monitored, restocked, or resold. Please do not mail food back to our fulfillment center.
3. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS Even though we cannot take the physical item back, we will always honor our commitment to quality. You are fully eligible for a prompt refund or a replacement shipment if you experience any of the following:
- Damaged in Transit: Crushed cereal boxes, shattered glass jars, or ruptured packaging.
- Spoilage & Temperature Issues: Perishable items that arrive warm, thawed, or spoiled due to unforeseen carrier delays.
- Incorrect Items: Receiving a product you did not order.
- Quality Concerns: If a product does not meet the high Publix standards you expect.
4. BABY FOOD & FORMULA POLICY The safety of infant nutrition is heavily regulated and non-negotiable. If you receive baby formula or baby food with a broken safety seal, a severely dented can, or a compromised lid, do not feed it to your child. Dispose of the product immediately and contact our customer care team for an unconditional full refund.
5. HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE If you need a resolution for a recent grocery order, our associates are ready to help:

- Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery for fresh/perishable items, and within 7 days for shelf-stable pantry items.
- Provide your Order Number and a clear photograph of the damaged/spoiled item, including the packaging and expiration date.
- We will quickly process your claim and issue a credit to your original payment method.
