Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. STRICT FOOD SAFETY POLICY At Walmart Corporation, the safety of our customers—especially infants and children—is our utmost priority. In compliance with FDA safety guidelines and public health standards, we do not accept physical returns of perishable food, opened pantry items, or any baby formula/baby food. Once food products leave our Boston fulfillment center, they cannot be restocked or resold.

2. OUR "100% FRESHNESS GUARANTEE" While we cannot accept physical returns of food items, we stand entirely behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will make it right through a refund or replacement. You are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: Crushed boxes, shattered glass jars, or ruptured packaging.
  • Spoilage: Items that arrive warm, thawed (if meant to be frozen), or spoiled.
  • Incorrect Items: Receiving a product you did not order.
  • Expired Products: Receiving an item past its printed "Use By" or "Best By" date.

3. BABY FORMULA & BABY FOOD EXCEPTIONS Baby formula is heavily regulated. We never accept returns of baby formula under any circumstances to prevent product tampering. If your baby formula arrives with a broken seal, dented can, or is incorrect, please dispose of it safely and contact us immediately for a full refund.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT If you experience an issue with your grocery or baby food order:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at Walmart@example.com or call +1 (555) 555-5555 within 24 hours of delivery for perishables, and within 7 days for non-perishables.
  2. Provide your Order Number.
  3. Include clear photographs of the damaged item, the packaging, and the expiration date/lot code (especially crucial for baby food).
  4. Our team will process your claim and issue a refund to your original payment method or send an expedited replacement.

5. NON-FOOD ITEMS If your order includes non-food items (e.g., baby bottles, feeding utensils, kitchen supplies), these may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original factory packaging.
