We guarantee that you are feeding your family food made with integrity.

2. FRESHNESS AND EXPIRATION PROMISE We maintain rigorous inventory rotation at our facilities.

• Pantry & Dry Goods: Guaranteed to arrive with a minimum of 60 days remaining before the "Best By" date.
• Baby Food & Formula: We guarantee a minimum of 90 days of shelf life upon delivery, ensuring you have plenty of time to safely use the product for your little ones.
• Fresh Produce & Bakery: Hand-selected on the day of dispatch for peak ripeness and quality.

3. TAMPER-EVIDENT SAFETY SEALS Your safety is non-negotiable. All of our proprietary jars, dairy products, and baby foods feature tamper-evident packaging. If you ever receive a product where the safety button on the lid is popped, the plastic shrink-band is torn, or the inner foil is punctured, please report it to us immediately for a refund.

4. PRODUCT RECALL PROTOCOLS In the rare event of a voluntary recall or FDA safety alert regarding a product sold on our platform, our digital infrastructure allows us to act instantly. We will proactively contact all purchasers of the affected lot numbers via email and phone with safe disposal instructions, and we will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method.
