Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. COMMITTED TO FRESHNESS Welcome to Walmart Corporation. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality groceries, fresh produce, pantry staples, and premium baby food directly to your door. Operating out of our fulfillment center on Boston Street, Boston, United States, we utilize advanced cold-chain logistics to ensure your food arrives at the optimal temperature and peak freshness.

2. DELIVERY ZONES & TIMEFRAMES We currently offer delivery services strictly within the contiguous United States. Depending on your location and the items in your cart, we provide the following delivery options:

  • Same-Day & Next-Day Local Delivery: Available for fresh produce, dairy, meat, and frozen items in select urban and suburban zip codes. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM local time.
  • Standard Ground Shipping (2–4 Business Days): Available nationwide for non-perishable groceries, canned goods, dry baby food, and formula.
  • P.O. Boxes: For food safety reasons, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid residential or commercial street address is required.

3. COLD-CHAIN PACKAGING FOR PERISHABLES Your family’s health is our top priority. All perishable items (dairy, meat, frozen foods, and specific baby foods) are carefully packed in insulated, eco-friendly cooler boxes.

  • We use a combination of dry ice and gel packs calibrated to maintain safe temperatures (below 40°F for refrigerated, and below 0°F for frozen) throughout transit.
  • Important: Dry ice evaporates safely during transit. Please handle any remaining dry ice with gloves and do not touch it with bare skin.

4. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Because you are ordering perishable food, we highly recommend that someone is home to receive the delivery.

  • If you are not home, our drivers are instructed to leave the package at your front door.
  • Walmart Corporation is not responsible for spoilage, theft, or weather-related damage that occurs after the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please retrieve and refrigerate your groceries immediately upon arrival.

5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS Due to the rapid processing times required for fresh food logistics, grocery orders cannot be modified or canceled once the picking and packing process has begun (typically within 1 hour of order placement).
